I have got an answer from my M.P. about Internet Complaints and thought some might be interested.

"The Office of Communications (Ofcom) is responsible for regulating the communications industry, including the Internet. Details of how to complain can be found at:

http://www.ofcom.org.uk/complain/Internet/

I am not sure exactly what this covers. But the above say that every effort must be made to resolve the problem directly with the company, i.e., by phone, by letter, by e-mail or by fax.
