I am a newbie, just a few weeks, i browsed for a few days pmsl at it cheered me up better than a tonic,
joined in and i must say what great peeps you are, i love the banter, but you are so caring to, just like one big family.

Sometimes I miss people's posts - it doesn't mean I'm ignoring them. Sometimes there are far too many people to talk to all at once and I miss a few people by the time I reply to the thread.....my advice....keep rabbeting.lol

My toenails are lovely
they only have a wee bit of fungi

Hello Sheila hang in there are they decent scales or have you tried them at boots I always say use the same scales always weight yourself at the same time every week...try mornings and only once a week...keep up the good work...I have had macdonals and a lamb kebab for me tea...lol
