I'm 56

I still weigh the same as I did when I was 17.

When I was fighting the fires here, I put on my old Army uniform,

and it still fitted perfectly!

(A life of hard work, exercise and self-denial! lol)

Yes I tell the truth about my age and weight. I have nothing to hide
(well maybe a few bumps here and that which I would like to hide lol)

Until I reached 50 years of age I was 7.5 stone and was a size 10.
Then I put a little weight on and until I was 60 was about 8 stone and ranged between a size 10 or 12. Now at the age of nearly 66 I weigh about 8.5 stone in the summer and about 8.8 stone in the winter and range between a size 12 and for comfort sometimes a 14.

Would love to be a 10 again but I don't have to impress anyone these days so I'm happy with what I've got for my age.

Regards
Jackie
