And you such a hero Tec - fighting off a squirrel - hope he wasn't as big as that one that that chap on "Doc Martin" kept seeing.

I thought your birds and squirrel got along.

Perse,
You mis-understood

I didn't fight off the squirrel - the rat did

I like squirrels, no matter how big they are

Hi Sue my poor cat doesn't get out with me liveing in a flat, mind you if you try and take her down stair's she goe's made, when it snowed the other week we carried her down and she was not at all pleased when we put her down in the snow, you should have seen how quick she flew back up the stair's.

Hi Perse I don't think I would want to go to Allan's BBQ either.

Hi Everyone,
The film Ratatouille is very good and funny.

Persephone Report 26 Jan 2010 22:20

Oh sorry Tec must've read your post without my glasses on - there I go again making a spectacle of myself.

I do feel sorry for the little lambs being born in the cold - mother nature didn't think it through properly. Course maybe the mothers prefer pregnancy in the winter like us humans.

Hi Pat I'v not seen the film Ratatouille but I'v heard it is good.

Hello to Diane and Pat

Diane, not so much skinny dipping these days, more like lard dipping.

I am now marked on navigational charts!!!

I believe they call it chunky dunking - Allan

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 26 Jan 2010 22:31

The lambs here usually start to arrive around mid February, then there's a glut throughout March

It depends when they put the ram to the ewes - most seem to have twins these days

Persey...whatever: you get my drift LOL

That isn't an iceberg drifting towards the South coast of Western Oz, it was a photo of me swimming near Albany!

Hi de hi Di - Diane

Thanks - I saw that post of Keith's last night (my time) - it was a bit of a shock - am looking forward to his retorts both on here and Facebook.

As we are not going to this BBQ Diane maybe we should go to Pat's movie - though I am not one to go to movied like Toy Story - Shrek etc where they are cartoon characters. Having said that I took my grandchildren to Wall-E and I loved it and it was a good movie for children - the way they put the ecology and obesity messages across was extremely well done.

Perse xx

Allan I alway's pictured you quite thin, don't no why it's just the picture I had of you. It's funny how you have a mental picture of people on here when you talk to them, I don't imagine anyone being over the age of 50yrs, though I know many of you are a few yrs older than that, in fact I am one of the babie's on here compared to some, not that I'm saying any of you are ancient lol.

That was your drift Allan - more like your midrift.

Diane - I have to transcribe from Heiroglyphics each time I post.

Methuselah and I went to school together.

I was there when Anthony met Cleopatra.

Hi Perse, I'v not heard of that film ( Wall-E ) and yes I would rather go to Pat's movie instead of Allan BBQ, you just wouldn't know what you were eating. I can't remember the last time I went to the flick's as I never have the time, that is why I'm not up on the film's that are out at the moment.

LOL Persey

Diane, I'm gently sending myself up! At one stage I weighed 85 Kilos and then when I was diagnosed with diabetes, a change of diet and exercise saw me drop to 64 kilos. Since retiring(?) my weight has crept back up to 74 kilos.

I'm 1.70 metres in height so I am slightly overweight but my GP has not expressed any concerns yet!
