Caz thank you and Carole but you no Dutch she has to make sure your ok ,so dont worry at least im keeping her off pc for while ,but dont no how long that will last when i go back to work,Dutch ask me to tell you about her best friend Ann she went the hospital today for another xray on her wrist,and the docter said it should never have bveen put in plaster as its not doing any good,so tomorrow morning her daughter has to take her to the hospital at 7,30 and i think shes going have plate or pins put in but has to see what the docter says who does these opertions as he was on holiday
so postibve thoughts to Ann dutchs best friend of 45years,thank you Jan

Positive thoughts for Ann for tomorrow and may I add positive thoughts for our Dutch who should for once think about herself and Jan. Hope you both will be feeling better soon

Joyce, I didn't find your text till late so apologies and will try and talk with you today, but I have to go out mid afternoon till mid evening to spend some time with my son and hopefully see Stavros Flatley and Eoghan Quigg and the Christmas lights get switched on at one of our Shopping Malls. I wanted to go last week to the newest Mall to see Diversity but glad I didn't as it turned out to be a major crush when too many people turned up and many people couldn't see a thing.

Thank you for the update Jan, I hope both you and Dutch are starting to feel a bit better now. Dutch told me last week they didn't think the plaster was right, I hope she gets it sorted today, I am thinking of her and sending positive thoughts.
Have you heard anything from Michael yet? I'm keeping fingers crossed for him as well.
Thanks everyone for your messages for me, I had some more bad news on Monday but don't want to put it on board till it's confirmed but it's feels good to know you are behind me as Liz says. You will have to bear with me if I keep coming and going on boards.

Hello everyone, just to let you all know I am still around, feeling a bit of an old crock today, been out three times this week and regretting it. I can hardly stand up let alone move my legs lol, going to lie down this afternoon and try to recover some strength.

Hi Caz, now if I had a naughty mind I would wonder why you have less sleep when your hubby is not at work lol

Hope you do manage to catch up on some sleep, I know how bad that feels but it's part of the fibromyalgia too you know. With fm you don't get such good quality sleep so you rarely wake up feeling refreshed and raring to go!

Hi Jean, no nothing new as yet, she had the x-ray but no results yet. She had a bit of trouble with the wheelchair, it wouldn't go in her friends daughters car so she had to get on a bus, with the help of a passenger, then got a taxi to her friends.

With not going out I haven't noticed the weather apart from the rain on window and howling gales every now and then.
I'm ok, still plodding along and still waiting for scan appointment.
