LaGooner

LaGooner Report 7 Jan 2010 20:05

Fenix loves it too. Fuzzy just glares at it and sits with her nose almost on the radiator. It is funny though as if she gets too close the magnet on her collar sticks to it with an almighty clang LOL

Mazfromnorf

Mazfromnorf Report 7 Jan 2010 20:07

LaGooner Report 7 Jan 2010 20:12

LOL Maz. It can be bloomin annoying though , but if she doesn't have it on she can't get through the catflap. They both have them and it is hilarious what they bring in stuck to them. Nails, screws, bits of wire etc. Haileys cat often has her keys dangling from him LOL

AHHHH You guys like all nice and snowy even the windmills have snow on them. Very pretty!

But I really think you should try to keep your sand trucks on the road and not lying on their sides in a ditch. They work better on all 4 wheels, and stopping the train in the middle of the ride and making all the passengers get out and walk is not a very nice thing to do.

Bundle up, the news last night said you will be minus 20 over the weekend!

BBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

See you tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Elviss' birthday.

Morning all. Thankfully, not all of Britain is having those very low minus temperatures, just a small area. It's -6C on our outside thermometer, only a degree above it's overnight low. But at least there is no wind, unlike Sunday when they are warning about the wind chill factor.

Only a sprinkle of snow over night, but the local secondary school has closed. I'm supposed to invigilating on Monday morning - 2 candidates. The exam is supposed to be going ahead, even if the school is still shut. I could walk, but I'd be a bit cross if I get there and they don't!

No news from YG? Is she struggling in or still wrapped up in her duvet?

LaGooner Report 8 Jan 2010 09:31

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 8 Jan 2010 10:07

Perhaps it's got cat fur in it - lol! (the reply button, not the sauna!)

As you said you don't get paid if the school is shut, can you claim extra tax credits or something?? I'll have to go out later....run out of magenta ink and the printer is threaten to stop working in grey scale. It's all those LMA parish records - lol! Once we are out of our road, it will be fine.....I can hear the occassional vehicle on the main road and Beta Male has obviously caught the commuter coach, and Problem Child's car is gone, so she must have gone to work as well. No phone calls for Daaaaad!, so assume she got there safely!

Mazfromnorf

Mazfromnorf Report 8 Jan 2010 10:14

no we cant claim anything at all we dont get paid in the holidays either ,fortunately there s no council tax next month so it will help
