Lost two pounds on my diet, so am happy with a steady pound a week as long as it stays off!!

Just settling in to watch Emmerdale and Corrie!!

It's not easy resisting the things I like!! I could murder a couple of slices of toast and butter!!

Ohhh I am so bad! No only that but a biscuit jumped out of the barrel and fell into my mouth.

And to make matters worse I haven't had my quota of fruit and veg this week.

Oh hi good morning to you all. We are heading into winter here. The days are becoming shorter in another two months or so, it will be down to a freezing cold 15C. Today's temp. Ooooh about 33 and a bit C.

Funny you should say that Aunty. Biscuits have a habit of coming out of the packet on a piece of string when I open a packet. So, I am leaving them firmly shut!!

I must have them for my Sunday night treat!!

I've cut out loads of things I would normally be eating and I haven't got any ice cream in my freezer (boo hoo).

I have only just sat down I spent all morning rushing around like a blue A***D fly and then spent afternoon keeping an eye the girls while Mummy got her housework done. LOL

Hope you gave them a hug from me or you're in trouble!!

Of course I did I promised didn't I? Also been round and hugged youngest Grandson and chatted with older ones they don't appreciate hugs LOL. They only live 5 mins walk from Hailey so the bit of exercise does me good.
