That is what I need more of!! There are only weekends though at the moment while we still have dark nights, but I must start to make an effort when they are lighter. |

I have taken up my Aquafit again and try and walk but I find it hurts like hell when the weather is really cold. I am aiming to do some swimming too which should help the weight loss I hope. |

Not really its just that I want to be fitter for our holiday at the end of July and also have less pain in my joints I hope !!. I made up my mind last week that I had let myself go so I gave myself a good talking to and took myself off to Slimming World again as well as the pool. Now to tackle the haircut etc. When my lot give me a minute that is LOL |

Yes, that's ok and keep it long enough to pull a piece through at each side and you can tie it under your chin to keep your hat on!! |

They are hard to catch LOL. One has a red collar though. I was going to buy them both an Arsenal cat collar (yes they do sell them LOL) but though the local yobos might go after them so would not risk it. |
