so what will the hatched eggs be what constiuency will they be classed in if mum was born in ratland and hatched frograts born in frogland |

errrrrrrrrrr......They'll be able to vote in frogland when they come of age if they are all still living there then and qualify to vote...HOWEVER if they're living in Ratland and qualify they can vote in that constituency :0) |
