Good morning all, 12 degrees here and gloomy looking. I am still trying to bed in the new heat pump, wonder how long that will take. doing a towel wash, doing it early as I have a hair appointment later. Rain is forecast which is no surprise, it often is when I have to walk to the hair dressers. |

I’m here. Thank you for your concern ladies. My back is now improving and I’ve managed without pain killers today but I have been unwell with other problems for a couple of days. I didn’t want to bore you with my medical issues and haven’t had much else to write about as I haven’t been fit enough to do very much so I haven’t posted. I’m going to bed now and will try and post tomorrow. |

Ann we use to have about five doctors now we're down to two and they seem to push everyone onto the nurse practitioner ,they want everyone to fill in the form online and if you can't do that the receptionist will fill it in for you, all these questions take time to answer so no wonder no one can get through and then get stuck in these long queues |

Boiler man went about 5 mins ago. It seems I had a small leak in the boiler cupboard and thats why I could smell oil and he cleaned out all the flue and even outside it dos'nt smell now when I go out for a ciggy. He also put me an alarm in the cupboard and told me if it goes off to turn the boiler off right away. He said cos its an old boiler. I also asked him if he could stop the tap dripping in the little loo and he did that for me too as it was getting so bad dripping one after the other. I gave him my packet of tap washers and I think he must have taken them with him cos I can't find tham now he's gone. So now I am up and running again but he did'nt take the tigger loop out of the cupboard and that should be outside. Stinks of oil in here at the mo but he said it woud go off in a couple of days. I may just wash that bit of the carpet. |

Yes good to get the drier fixed but what I didn't know was, because it has a heat pump (which makes it eventually more efficient, it take a long time wo 'bed it in'. so over three hours drying and still not all dried. It seems it will take a bit longer yet but I have to run it to get it to work properly. Strange. |

Good morning all. 10 degrees and still dark but I woke around 0500 and couldn't get back to sleep so came into my 'office' on the PC. Slept ok from about 11pm so had a fair amount of sleep. Where I had the nose op it tends to get 'blocked' overnight and is difficult to clear laying down. |

I am watching Broadchurch again. Loved it first time round and recorded it on ITV3. Forgot how good the acting and storyline is. |

I have a tool that open the ring pulls on the tiny tuna and salmon tins. It levers it up a treat. |
