	Ham salad. cup of tea. Then when my daughter comes tonite having curry chips. Cant eat to much as wont be able to get into the dress i am wearing for a wedding tomorrow i am going to. Hazelx :-)

	Have just had a healthy salad of avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, olives and a granary roll..... and (escuse me typing with my mouth full)... a HUGE slice of carrot cake and a mug of tea. Think I will have a lie down now :-D
