Wish I could Wend, but once I am up, that's it. But I do utilise the quiet time to do abit of knitting or crocheting.
Not so bad in the summer though, because I go out and get the watering done before the sun gets hot.

I'm still pondering Merlin and his paper knicks.

Does he wear them when he goes for his spray tan?

about 5 years ago we were meandering around a garden centre in Crowland when I spotted a watering can type thingy,
which at the time to my crude mind thought " That would be handy if a lady(or gent) was caught short".......LOL

and LO and behold about a year later the similar item, appears on the constabulary communications for the lady coppers to keep 'andy, as it were!!

Well, ah say, what a conversation this has been while I've been on my allotment to-day. Actually, I was thinking that the Shewee would be perfect for my use there and I wouldn't have to use the rickety old wooden portaloo which just has a hole in the ground, which I'm always scared I'll slip into!

Also, another lady had a very nasty experience in the summer when she was in there. A few hours earlier, two beekeepers had turned up to collect the honey/honeycombs (or whatever it is they do) from the hives and the bees were not happy bees. I forgot to mention that the door had fallen off the portaloo some time before, so it had been turned round facing away from the allotments for the sake of privacy. Anyway, she was in there crouching over the hole, trousers etc. down, when all of a sudden she heard this whooshing sound, looked round and saw this swarm of bees coming her way. Within seconds they were all over her and I mean everywhere, and she was quite badly stung in unmentionable places.

Funny how old Merlin can't resist a thread with the title 'Attention Ladies' - like a bee to a honeypot! :-D

Our portapotty never came out of it's wrapper Teresa. We just didn't fancy using the van as a toilet and it was taking up precious space and no way did we want a toilet tent! Made a profit when we sold it though

I was thinking the same about Fern Cotton and other young uns - by the time the bladder gives out the legs do too so walks get shorter.

Cooper

Cooper Report 11 Jan 2012 17:15

Island do you need one for the van, saves keep emptying the portaloo :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Well I must say I have never seen these before but they could have their uses in an emergency.

Just wondering how they keep clean after use, sani wipes would do the trick.

On the ad it said Fearn Cottton used them. Why a young Gal with I presume, a firm pelvic floor needs one is a question i will be pondering all night :-D :-D
