Right ladies try this... make sure you are already signed into FMP.

left click..."my account"
left click..." My personal details
Scroll to bottom of page just above Update my details is a Remember me box ,make sure its ticked.
Then, click [ Update my details ].

Ps, Have you got ,or thought of putting a fmp shortcut icon on your desk top ?

I have that problem with Ancestry. My hubby never does, although we share the same account: we've never figured out why. He never even has to sign in! Ancestry obviously doesn't like my laptop.

Oh Dear! I've said the A word twice...........

Wend.........right click on the FMP page and then click "Create Shortcut" from the menu

And then..........Bobs yer Uncle!!

Hi there Jimbob, yes it's only happening on FMP. I've recently cleared my files, but how do I clear cookies?

if you cleared Internet files via Tools>>>Internet Options. etc.

That process should have cleared the "cookies" as well. :-S

I clicked on History top and then Delete. When I get Clear All History via Tools, the following are ticked:

Browsing and Download History
Form and Search History
Cookies
Cache
Active Logins

Two not ticked are:

Online Website Data
Site Preferences

Should the last two be ticked and then should I click 'Everything'?

My browser is Firefox.
