A relation of mine posted a letter through the post-office to KENT ( how far from London ? )

It cost her £1.85p to be signed for ! Thinking quick service !

Try to check it on line , all you are told is ITS IN THE SUSTEM, VERY HELPFULL !

TRY TO PHONE, AUTOMATED SERVICE, NO-ONE TO TALK TO , STILL NO HELP !

Try to write on their complaints etc form , YOU NEED TO BE ON FACEBOOK !
