Nothing spoils a flat mushroom than stuffing it,,,,,,it masks the natural flavour,,,,, clean, brush with a little oil &grill or bake in over for 10-15 mins,,,,.......serve with hot buttered toast,,,,,,,,,gorgus..... |

Large ones I fry in butter then fill them with soft garlic and herb cheese together with crispy streaky bacon on a bed of mixed salad leaves. |
