Iron injections in the posterior...gawd had a shed load in 1972 when the needles were about a foot long.....and I only had a little bottom then ;-) |

I remember my mum saying she had to eat raw liver when she was expecting me but I wouldn't fancy it myself! I had a look out of interest and it seems that some foods inhibit iron uptake so might be worth tackling if from that angle as well. |

Mersey - just a word of warning - if the doc suggests iron injections in the bum- DONT DO IT! I had them when I was pregnant, and it took 20 years for the big brown stains to fade.......! |
