	"The three-part Channel 4 documentary series, Benefits Britain 1949, the article is interesting too. http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2013/aug/06/single-mothers-denied-housing-benefits As it's been mentioned on here recently what benefits a single mum did or did not get, and in light of all the adoptions which appear from around that time on LLF and on here, when it was so difficut to be a single mum in purely practical terms let alone the social stigma attached. adding it here now so I don't forget to watch :-)
