Hi all, I have just made the crunchy iced ginger biscuits, given in a recipe by a well known Spice company, in the Christmas magazine of Sain***rys.

They are the yummiest thing I have made in a long time. They won't last 'til Christmas though, will have to make more. !!!!

Well worth a go.
