there is a button on the router for guest access
press that and yr tablet will connect automatically
job done

I'm not a 'techy'. so I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong.
If you have a modem (thing you get the internet through), there is a wireless network name and password on that. That's what you use.
I haven't got a tablet, but I set my laptop up with wireless.
It's through 'computer', 'control panel' (not sure if there's one on a tablet, but I would have thought so), and then 'network & internet'.

My son set mine up Michael2, I think you have to use the wireless key code number from your internet provider.

That is as much as I can offer in the way of help and as already said there is bound to be someone on here to talk you through the process. :-)

my step daughter has brought me a tablet it says I have set up a wifi. don't know how to do it. thank you. :-)
