If I go into 'my account' the only name I have entered there is Tenerife Sun. My real name, maiden or married, is not on the form. |

Just a update ,Finally GR have exported my tree successfully, they said the reason I was exported the wrong tree is because I had nothing entered for my current surname in my registration , so now they are exporting my tree under my maiden name,( which is my family tree name and always has been), Ive been a member many years and i have exported my tree before with no problems, so i emailed back and pointed this out , the reply was, sorry but they can now see that my surname was not entered correctly on actual registration, first they say nothing was entered now they say it was entered incorrectly, I give up ! whatever the reason, there is still no excuse for sending me some one else,s tree with a name not remotely like mine, no explanation for that. |

Well I tried again and still get this other persons tree, just tried a few mins ago and still the same, it looks I will just have to wait while genes look into this, I cant understand how this should happen, and like maggiewinchester says, so much for keeping your tree private :-| |

I down loaded mine a couple of days ago and it was okay. Maybe as Thelma says you could try doing it again, it can't get any worse. |

Send them another message - don't count on them reading this thread, cos it's unlikely to happen or at least not until Shelley has recovered from the Festive Season! |
