She has really made my day, a family member has asked me
to do her family tree.
Has never been able to even think about it due to circumstances,
but has left with me information that will keep me busy for ages.

I'm like a kid in a sweetie shop, so excited and wanted to share
with you as you will know what I'm talking about.
Can't wait to get my teeth into researching her family and she is
also looking forward to seeing how far back I can get. :-D

Emma :-)

OFITG.....I so look forward to it :-)

Mersey I will let you know how it goes, my pleasure
at the moment is that she is fired up herself about it,
she asked me over a year ago but due to circumstances
within her family she couldn't face it, but is now ready. :-D

It's a good thing that some of us love to delve into our families' past, or stories would be lost forever :-) :-) :-) :-)

I agree GiN it's great to find them so they are part
of the family again especially if you didn't know anything
about them in the first place. :-)

How wonderful for you Emma.

Like you, nobody much in my family is interested in our Family History either. I thought it would be a nice thing to do and I thought it would bring us all closer together. I get really excited when I find some interesting fact, but no one wants to know! OH is supportive, but nobody else.

When I said to my 14 year old Grandson-"You are not at all interested are you!" He replied "No, but I'll pretend to be if you want!" :-D :-D

I think its an age thing Jem :-)

As I said my son in law is the only one interested in it,
but when I find something out and speak about it OH is
amazed at how I got info so feel he does take a little notice
..........or maybe not :-D :-D
