whats happened to sharon,nothing serious i hope ,her tales are very entertaining,Im a retired carer so know how frustrating it can be when equipment goes wrong--such as electric beds. hope shes not affected by this weather i used to live in that part of the country.

There are still 1500 homes without power in her area.

We are all fine thank you.

I had a lot of trouble signing in and kind of lost the impetus.

Didn't know what to get the old bugger for Christmas so he had another bottle of whisky. That was when he told me he would really like a radio.

So he has a radio but it is still in Argos, waiting for me to order it and him to go and pick it up!

Can you imagine how traumatic it was for the poor old chap to have to eat turkey and stuff on Sausage Sandwich Day!?

It shouldn't have to happen to a person of his age.

Glad you are ok Sharon and Fred,dont post much on here ,ive just renewed membership,and i quite enjoy the tales folk write,,not getting far with the tree bit but maybe this coming year will bring some info.
