Workhouse Leigh on Sea early 1900's

Anyone any idea how I can find out if any ancestors send there. Also if any died at sea as some were fishermen. Thanks for any info.

You might find this site interesting, it seems the workhouse was actually in Rochford.

I live very near to Leigh on Sea and looking at this site it was near Southend hospital which to me is not that near to Leigh at all

You can use the site below to find what information the Essex Record Office holds on the Rochford Workhouse (which covered most parishes in South East Essex that were east of Rayleigh and south of the River Crouch).
