Anyone noticed since crimbo sky has changed the tunes on the menu list, THERE AWFULL, & SO LOUD, you have to turn the sound down then when you have chosen a channel you can't hear it.

Yes. I´d noticed that too.
Thought it was just me.
I find the same with adverts as well. Nearly get blasted out of my seat.
Mind you, I suppose I should be glad for small mercies. We have been told since October that we will very soon lose Sky from Spain......or at least the British TV programmes. Every day is an adventure when we switch on.
Will it...won´t it.

Every time we switch on we get a message that our broadband isn't connected .I don't have Sky broadband !

It confuses hubby who calls me every time to sort it out , hubby has dementia so things like that confuse him .

Darned annoying its getting now having that come up every time , not ,I hasten to add , helping hubby to sort it
