just so I have a updated version

you can export it as often as you like, the exported GEDCOM file will be attached to an e-mail. Find the email and just save the attachment.

Although the GEDCOM file is text it will read like gobble de gook in any text reader - it must be imported into another FH program.

NB: the details of any attached records ( BMD, census ), notes and photographs will NOT be in the exported file.

Welcome to the boards Juile

If you've downloaded it again today, its normally attached to an email. Presumably you've received that and opened or saved it?

Can you find and check your 'downloads' or 'recent items'. I downloaded a lot of pdf files yesterday; they are listed in 'Recent items'.

If someone more knowledgeable comes along, it might help if you can say what operating system you are using eg Windows 8, Mac or something else

Hello,i exported my tree to my computer yesterday,made a few adjustments this morning to my tree,tried to export again but it is not in my documents.Can you only export once,what am I doing wrong....thank you
