Hope the physio will help your daughter's ankle heal and she will take care of herself, these injuries can come back and cause more problems in later life if they don't heal properly to begin with.

You take care of yourself, and try not to get stressed, hope you can get out a bit more when the days get longer and brighter.

DAUGHTERS FOOT NOT BROKEN BUT A VERY
BAD SPRAINED SHE HAS TO GO BACK TO GP
TO GET REFERED TO PHYSIO,
HER ANKLE HAS A LOT OF SPRAIN SCARS WHICH
NEED ULTRA SOUND TO REMOVE IT,

DIZZI - sorry to hear about your daughter injuring her foot, and you have shown time after time, you are made of strong stuff and no doubt you will cope with this with your amazing stamina and determination <3

Researching:
I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

AS MY PLANS FOR THIS MORNING ARE NOT HAPPENING,

Hope your daughter will be ok Gwen, is there nowhere else to go especially if her ankle is broken again, she will be in such pain.

Good thing the children are a bit older now and can help out at home.

You take care and try not to get too upset and stressed
