Hubby went to his first OAP exercise class today

He was referred on by the falls clinic to take initially chair based exercises to strengthen his muscles. |

Any kind of support for the elderly and infirm is great news, altho as you say Shirley, takes such a time to get into these things due to demand. I hope the class will help your hubby and you too to stay mobile |
