I saw a report where the family were known to Social Services in Kirkcaldy but Edinburgh S.S. were not informed they had moved into the area. Yet again a child failed by the authorities, it seems. and yet again, they will say Lessons have been learned...... It's too late for Mikaeel, like it was too late for those other dear children lost. |

Purple **^*Sparkly*^** Diamond - I also saw reports saying the family were known to the Social Services in Kirkcaldy and that the Social Services in Edinburgh said they had not been informed that they had moved into their area - as you say another child failed by the system :-( |
