Capsules, I think I read on here somewhere that someone had tried them but I can't remember what the result or opinion was so would like to know before I try them please.

I read about them somewhere too, I think it was an ad online and I thought they sounded good, would love to know more from someone who has tried and tested them.

Need to lose some weight, famous last words lol

I just googled and they seem to be another promise of losing weight easily.

If there truly was a pill which helps dieters lose weight, we would know about it, the old fashioned eat sensibly and exercise more still seems to be the best way.

Yay, according to the bathroom scales I lost 9lbs, tried on some jeans that I haven't worn for a very long time, they fit. So bought size 18 jeans they fit comfortably and are a size smaller.
The only draw back is that you need to poo a lot more. :-D :-D

Hmmm, not sure about that last comment ZZzzz Are you going to continue to take them? Keep us posted on how things go, and if you stop using them, if the weight goes back on quickly.

Interesting - I looked at some fat-busting diet pills sold by Boots hoping for a kick-start.

The small print on the information leaflet said they shouldn't be used by post-menopausal women as they could then be more at risk of bone-thinning - can't remember what it's called. The implication was that the pills might also remove some of the dietary ingredients necessary for strong bones.

Even if the Rasberry Ketones carry the same risks, short term use shouldn't cause permanent harm.

It all a bit of a risk I suppose but I shall keep taking them for two more months or til I am the weight I want to be or I become ill which ever comes first.

My doc told me to loose weight to help get my blood pressure down, I'm only 5ft 3 and I was just over 11 and a half stone, that was a year ago, I stopped eating pies and fatty things at work and just have a tin of soup at lunch time, iff I'm hungry I drink water, I also go for a walk every lunch time, probably a mile, I'm now 9 and three quarter stone, blood pressure is still the same !!!!

My doc hasn't told me to loose weight for a few years, I was 5' 3" and about 10 stone, now I am 5' 1" and 11 stone 9lbs and no idea what my blood pressure is, that used to concern doctors :-0. I would like to get to 10 stone 7 lbs ;-)
