	Our daughter rang for a chat and i told her that her dad had started his chair based exercises last thursday ' she laughed and said did he wear a leotard ?? Nope I said it was a mankinni !! well she imagined her dad in that with his big belly sitting in the middle fully exposed. . She fell about laughing :-P Said too he wore a striped headband !! She said MUM you always make me laugh . Hubby is coming up 80 and has Alzheimer and Body dementia probems Well you have to be light hearted about things dont you :-D
