GiN yesterday we had half the ceiling come down in the little ones bedroom, along with loads of water.Luckily no one was hurt . This is an ongoing battle with the housing association to fix a damaged roo. Perhaps now they will do it. Just wait until I get on the phone to them tomorrow morning :-| :-| :-|.

We have only just finished cleaning up and drying stuff out.
