Dear Jemima and All

Hello

Thank you for this post, Jemima.

Mr Pete Seeger's recording of his composition of "Where have all the flowers gone?" was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2002.

This is a special Grammy award established in 1973 to honor recordings
that are over 25 years old and have "qualitative or historical significance."

The world needs more people with the qualities Mr Seeger had.

Rest in peace, Mr Pete Seeger and thank you always. <3

Take gentle care all
Sincere wishes
Elizabeth,
xx

This is my favorite album with Pete Seeger in concert with Woodie Guthries son Arlo.

I guess the BBC will shy away from the songs that are closest to Pete Seeger's heart. Just like Joe Hill and Woodie he will never be gone.

Very sad Jem but he was a good age.

Great activist. Me thinks we need someone like him now.

Songs of my late teens that I played over and over on my Dansette :-D :-D :-D
