I would buy my husband of 40 years a Hobbies Room in the garden, so I can get him out of the house during the day and just call him in when it is time for him to cook the dinner.

Lol Scozz OH does not play now, but oh boy he can talk a good job. ;-)

OH's football playing days are over....... he now plays golf (and has turned it into a water sport).

We have a deal........ he doesn't tell me too much about his golf, and I don't tell him too much about dead relatives. :-D

Det he has every conceivable gift and gadget relating to his beloved WBA. Season ticket holder for most of his adult life, through the good and bad times. As a rugby girl when I first met him I didn't have a clue about football, he has certainly improved my knowledge, I think it's called brainwashing.

Scozz OH has been known to have a drop of Scotch in his blood at the end of a good night

LadyScozz Report 4 Feb 2014 21:50

lol Paula

My OH would also look good in a kilt.... he has "rugby legs" ...... and not a drop of Scottish blood.

Buy him a couple of bottles of "Laphroiag" and you get a piece land (3ftSquare with a certificate) free and if you go to see it you get a tour of the distillery,a decent Dram of Malt and the use of a pair of wellies to see your piece of Isla. :-D :-D :-D Hic

about 30 pounds for a square foot. The Scottish title is Laird.

How would your OH look in a kilt?

The NT is a good idea - if it weren't for ours we'd sit at home for most of the time. We alternate NT and EH on an annual basis. Its worth checking which places are within easy travelling of your home. Some areas have more NT, others EH but in some geographical areas there are none at all!

If he doesn't have an annual season ticket, how about one of those? Does the football club offer behind the scenes tours?

LadyScozz

LadyScozz Report 4 Feb 2014 09:08

you could get him a title :-D

I can't remember the name of the company, they are in Scotland........ you buy a square foot of land & get the title to go with it....... he would be Lord OH whatever.... not sure if you would be Lady whatever, or if you have to buy your own plot.

It's a bit of a laugh.
