Lots of posting on Facebook where young people are using video to record themselves necking (drinking) a mixture of alcohol, then have to nominate other friends. Sometimes in dangerous situations. What looked like a simple bit of fun is now turning into something more sinister. A young man lost his life yesterday.

I am not a kill joy, in fact the first one I saw was my niece and she was wearing her onside standing in her kitchen it was done like an old time movie, cute and funny, but I think it is getting out of hand.

Worrying because they want to impress so the nominations get more dangerous.

Ann I saw a few and they looked harmless and fun, just young people enjoying themslevea, it was on local news last night. They are now they are trying to out do each other. Very worrying.

You,re right it is worrying. They seem to judge their popularity by the number of "likes" or posts that they get.
When alcohol is involved it's even more scary.

then came other people,the half a pint of vodka half jeagers absolute stupidity!

drinking games have been around forever, but this lot are just MAD!

I have just been on FB. A NEC and nominate video shows a young man standing on top of a car on the bank of a river, pouring and drinking a pint glass of Vodka, he then got into the car and drove into the river. He got out of the car stood on the roof and shouted out his nominations. What on earth is this supposed to prove?
