I knew it was about 50p (actually it's 59p) but for 2.39 a minute after that??
All minutes should be the same, even better a flat rate per enquiry.

When I have to use any of these services I always ask for the number and not to be put through. Otherwise you will have to use them again to get the number, more money in their coffers.

I always try BT Directory Enquiries online first.

But many people these days are ex-directory. So finding a domestic number can be harder.
