I have blocked someone about a month ago and they were back earlier today like they hadn't been blocked. What I would like to no is how did she do it and how can I permanently block her.
I can't find anything on FB that helps.

have you friended her. if so unfriend her.

I saw some postings from a friend that I didnt think appropriate so on one of the postings I picked the dont show me postings from this person ,it worked

Thanks Shirley, I'm not very good at explaining myself, I had blocked her and didn't see any comments she put on a mutual friends page but I know she did because her name was mentioned, and I haven't friended her again. Does that make sense?

I don't think you can avoid seeing any replies that mutual people make to her - you just won't see what she has written.....or are the replies on your own page?? :-S

The replies aren't on my page but I saw her picture on friends page which I shouldn't be able to see then when I went to look at the list of friends I have, there she was bold as brass, so I think maybe she can overcome the blocking in which case she can see everything I put up and she is not supposed to cos I blocked her.

Try blocking her again - even if she is posting on mutual friends pages she shouldn't be able to get back as a friend of yours without being invited.

If you block someone both of you can't see the other at all. This includes posts made on friends walls.

If you are viewing a friends account (like being round her house & looking at FB together on your friends account ) it will & see posts you make on your friends wall.show the blocked person on her account because she hasn't blocked that person herself.

However its possible that the blocked person has opened a new account in her name. Then unless you block that account she will remain visible on friends accounts & when you post as mutual friends on your friends posts on her wall it will show on your news feed.

Try clicking on her name to bring up her profile
Top right there is a tab MESSAGES
Click the arrow next to that REPORT/BLOCK
follow instructions

Re check shes not on your friend list & set your profile security to FRIENDS ONLY
Do this by going to your profile page top right
Click arrow next to ACTIVITY LOG
Click TIMELINE SETTINGS
set everything to FRIENDS ONLY Not friends of friends.

Go back to profile page
Click arrow next to ACTIVITY LOG
Click VIEW AS to see what people see on your wall, photos etc.
Check any photo albums too & put them to FRIENDS only, some may come up as public when you first post them so check this when you add new piccies

Done that thank you MH, hopefully she won't be able to do it again, I think maybe she updated her contacts or something!?
