It's not just men!
I am the only one in the house who takes sugar and yesterday I also spilled a wee bit whilst refilling the bowl.
We haven't got used to the layout of our new kitchen yet and as I was looking for a kitchen towel to wipe it away, when I spotted OH surveying the worktop in his usual, surveyor manner!
I watched as he looked at the wee spillage from all angles, checked the cupboards and ceiling above and he even turned the light on to get a close up.
He then turned to me asked if I knew what it was.
I had to tell him ....That's what spilled sugar looks like on the new shiny worktop!

Nobody here has sugar in tea and we very rarely drink coffee. There is some Demarara that Fred has on his Ready Brek and some bags I use for preserving in the cupboard.

I don't even think to offer anybody sugar.

That stops the buggers coming round here drinking my tea!

He filled the sugar bowl this afternoon (Sunday).

How do I know?

Because there was sugar all over the kitchen countertop!

lolol

I usually DO put his sugar & milk in and stir the cup!

I often ask him if he'd like me to chew his food & feed it to him like a baby bird (a very LARGE baby bird!).

Now look here LS.
Putting sugar in the container is HOUSEWORK. Just be thankful that he didn't make you put the sugar into his tea and stir it for him.

You don't know how lucky you are :-P

Today........

Kettle is reboiling (cos I've just warmed the pot)...... ready to fill my coffee jug & his teapot.

He takes milk & sugar in his tea, I drink my coffee black with no sugar.

I'm making the tea & coffee, he gets the milk from the fridge & the sugar bowl from the pantry.

Sugar bowl is empty. He gets the sugar canister.

As I said, I don't take sugar.

He spoons the sugar from the canister into his teacup......... and puts the canister & the empty sugar bowl back in the pantry.

MEN!!!!
