Hi all. Does anyone know why i paid credits for a marriage certificate and saved it in my keepsake but went back to view it and it wants me to pay credits again to view it. Is this right??

Mandy, What i mean is that you have posted this question twice, So it's a "Duplicate thread"

This can happen IF you hit the submit button more than once,

However that is not the case on this occasion because you have posted the same question 20 minuts apart

Posting more than one thread about the same query only serves to duplicate answers and although your is not asking for research it still means members could still be looking for info in order to answer your query that has already been answered by another member.

From experience many moons ago, images purchased by credits only had a limited shelf life. Once you've sorted it out with GR, it would be best to save any images to your computer
