It seems to be. Who were you trying to find? BMD are limited to England and Wales, so if you were looking for Irish or Scottish ones they won't be there.

GR has England and Wales census 1841-1911 and Scottish transcribed census to 1901.

Perhaps you are being too specific in your parameters?
