	Just having a little squinny. I was up at 2.30 this morning because Fred wanted moving up the bed, they had not put him exactly where he wanted to be when they put him to bed last night. Am just feeling the effects of last week and not having had a proper night's sleep for seven years. Oh botty droppings.! Long soak in lavender today I think, while OH is at home. Mutter, mutter, mutter, mutter.
