Gin I have been reading lots about it, it is supposed to be a very healthy way to lose weight , and I can honestly say I am not hungry on the fast days, so far so good. I like celery too. :-S

Paula - this is my fourth week. I didn't lose anything last week, as we were away, but usually lose 1 and a half to two pounds. OH is doing it, too, which helps!
It's the best diet I've tried, and I find I don't eat too much on free days :-) :-) :-)

GIN I am trying Five Two. It's my second week, and have lost one and quarter pounds. I just got fed up with weighing and tracking every day, so two days is perfect for me. I have the book on my Kindle which really helps. I only want to lose another four pounds to be back at my goal.

Sammi - you eat normally for 5 days of the week, and fast on 500 calories for the other 2. There are lots of books and info about it - it's a big thing at the moment :-) :-)

I'm trying out the 5:2 diet, and I must say, it's working! I find I don't pig out on the free days, either - you seem to want less after a while. :-D :-D
