	In my spam folder I have an email addressed to Dead Customer Are these scammers eejits or what!!! :-D

	Probably they should have put Dear dead customer. Bit rude otherwise. I so love Island's comment (and no hidden agenda as I am not English, copywrite Reginald D Hunter :-D :-D)

	Hold one of your hands out with the palm facing upwards and the elbow slightly bent Place your index (first) and middle fingers of your other hand on the inside of your wrist, just below the base of your thumb Press the two fingers lightly on your skin until you feel your pulse :-D
