	It's great when they don't take too long, isn't it Phyll. My last one was ordered online on a Thursday evening and was with me the following Tuesday morning, - normal delivery. Great service. Gwyn

	A lot depends on what is on telly. When any new series of WDYTYA is on they get very busy, with new people starting their trees and us oldies feeling re-energised to have another look at our trees. And where the record you wanted was kept. Some are digitised and easy to access, but many are still in the big old registers which have to be 'ordered' up from the basement/storage then copied etc. I too have ordered and received copies in less than 7 days last one in less than 5! I think it is the luck of the draw. :-D
	Researching: We are all of us in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars, Oscar Wilde New avatar, my dad age about 3/4 months, could have been worse, it could have been the awful nude on a rug!!
