A daughter of a friend of mine has had problems with her phone over and over , they told her they would send her an envelope vto return it , that was about 3 weeks ago , so today I called into Vodafone shop in Harrow to get this envelope , GUESS WHAT , YOU HAVE TO HAVE THEM FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES ONLY !
I told the person how long she has waited , nothing he can do !

SO PLEASED I AM NOT WITH VODAFONE !
