I have used many a squatting toilet in various countries....and I hate the darned things.
Japan in particular .How elderly and people with mobility problems cope I have no idea.Now the sit down ones there are great .They have warm seats,play music and wash and dry your bits :-D.That is the kind I like :-D
Long may we have the 'Throne ' to sit upon :-D.You couldn't read the paper or a book on a Squatter :-S
