he appears to have a very complacent attitude and lack of respect,towards firearms,
having(allegedly,accidentally) let a shot off in a restaurant.

Has anybody been watching the Oscar Pistorius trial ?

On the evidence so far I have come to the conclusion

that he hasn't got a leg to stand on.
