can anyone tell me how to get in touch with genes reunited as I want to change my email address and I've tried unsuccessfully so many times I'm going crazy it just keeps saying it doesn't recognise my password yet I have just signed in with it.
also the original reason I was trying to get in touch was to find out if I export my tree will it still be on genes reunited for me to access it as it says if you do export you will lose all your photo's etc. can anyone help here please as I want it left on here but want to export to another site as well. :-S

Hi Annette

Go to the top of the Home page and you will see HELP half way across , clickl on that then on the left hand side you will see CONTACT US......click on that and follow on from there......

Hope you get things sorted :-)

email them at [email protected]

Re your other query - if you transfer your tree by Gedcom, the original should be unchanged. Gedcoms only transfer text, so any pictures etc. will not be transferred.

I think that's right and no doubt someone will tell me if it isn't.

The export tree (gedcom) only exports a copy of your tree

It will remain intact unless you delete it
