	Hi Dizzy, There seems to be an advertisement on a particular radio station here, extolling the virtues of banking a babies umbilical cord blood . I think it is a fabulous idea, shame it costs such a lot of money. Many families will simply be unable to afford the service. I have checked costs and I see it costs $2900.00. :-(..... Hopefully as technology improves the cost may come down.
