today I received this lovely message from someone I helped - makes it all worthwhile :-)


Many thanks for your help in tracking my Carter family, I think I have found the family just need to confirm some details with some certs and at the LMA. one question what made you look at Carbert for Carter in 1891. I would not have done so.

I hardly ever look at the Success Stories board. To be honest I usually forget it's there. I looked just now and it was great to see thanks expressed to named members who help others with their research. It helps to makes up for all the work that is often done without any acknowledgement from the poster
