Just discovered that as my home address is Spain then I am not allowed to register an interest.
So naughty me have phoned Saga and asked if I can as my mothers daughter. They are going to get back to me.

This is a launch as a public limited company - I think current Saga members have cards for discounts etc. I have savings with them so get 'first dibs' and am considering investing some money in shares.

Sylvia he lied. It is new there are adverts on the TV. about it. My Mum traveled with Saga for years and she also got huge discounts as a platinum card holder.

Ann you are right the minimum is £1000 although for Saga staff it's £500 I´m thinking about it. Comes a little late for Mum who would have loved to have been a share holder.

This isn't new, is it???

I remember someone who used to be on FR when I was on there, from about 2004 through to 2009, who was always going on SAGA weeks and weekends to hotels in the UK ..................... he said he was a shareholder, and got big discounts on these weekends.

Not sure,we have declared an interest. We subscribe to Saga magazine but I believe the amount to pay will be £1000.
